Our private, one-on-one personal training sessions focus on muscular strength training and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, explosive power training, sport specific training, weight loss, flexibility and balance. Sessions can include any of
the following or a combination:
Weight Training & Cardio Workout
A personalized program, utilizing free weights and cardio equipment, to focus on major muscle groups, providing increased energy and strength, reduced body fat, weight loss, overall toning and stress relief.
Personal Boxing Workout
This program starts with a warm up and stretch. Then we move into a boxing workout and weight training, or vice versa. This is our most popular program.
Boxing Fitness Classes
Our Classes are a great way to get a full body workout, learn new skills and have fun in a group setting. Classes include a warm up and stretch, explosive boxing drills and abdominal work for core conditioning.
